Now, as a showcase for this man’s undeniable talent, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao present Chatilla as the star turn for the finale of ‘Journeys Around The Mediterranean’ dining series. Where the Spanish-born chef of Rioja take over Chatuchak Café for four nights (27 to 31 October 2020), to produce his take on a a range of specialities from all across  Spain.

This October, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao invites all gastronomic enthusiasts to join the final stopover of its 3-month-long culinary voyage Journeys Around The Mediterranean Dining Series. Starring one of Bangkok’s most talented chefs, Fernando Chatilla, as the guest chef at its all-day dining Chatuchak Café, the hotel will showcase a taste of Spanish cuisine at its best, with a multitude of flavours from the Iberian Peninsula in varieties of Spanish-inspired highlights and authentic gourmet specialties, from savoury to sweet, available as part of the café’s popular international dinner buffet.

Chef Fernando will share his vast knowledge of his home country’s cuisine with belly-busting selection of Spanish appetizers, showcasing ‘Tapas’ and ‘Pinchos’ from around the country for sampling as much as you like. Continue your stroll through Spain’s culinary scene at Chatuchak Café with many styles of ‘Paella’ and authentic ‘Cochinillo Asado’ or roast suckling pig – the two essences of Spanish dining the chef is famous for.

Bursting with rich flavours and sharp contrasts, other mouth-watering daily delights, ranging from ‘Rabo de Toro’ or oxtail stew, Rioja-style fried white snapper, dancing fish & seafood in prawn sauce, pork loin with plum sauce and bacon and much more, promises to bring the soul of Spain to your table. Each highlight is complemented by an array of condiments and sauces with Spanish twists.
